Before starting to clean the slicer, switch it off

Set the thickness adjustor knob to the 0 setting
NEVER inmmerse the slicer in water
ALWAYS take care in removing cutting blade. Loss of appredages or serious injury can occur!
It is necessary to clean the slicer at regular intervals as perishabale food scraps can accumulate on the body of the appliance, the blade, or behind the cutting blade.
Remove the food-carriage hand guard and clean all food-corriage parts in warm water.
Wipe the entire housing down by a slightly damp cloth.
Do not use any scouring powders, scouring pads or hand brushes.
